Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Legal Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or project development.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory processes and permitting requirements.
• Experience coordinating with DOE, ERC, DENR, NGCP, DAR, NCIP, LGUs and others.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects is highly preferred.

Job Overview

The Permitting and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the acquisition and management of all permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required throughout the project lifecycle. The role coordinates with government agencies, regulatory bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the timely processing of permits, minimize regulatory risks, and support the successful execution of business initiatives.

The position also monitors changes in regulatory requirements, develops compliance strategies, and implements processes to ensure continuous adherence to legal and operational obligations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Legal Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or project development, preferably in the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or real estate industries.

• Strong working knowledge of Philippine regulatory processes and permitting requirements.

• Proven experience coordinating with government agencies such as the Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other relevant regulatory bodies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred.
