Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in visual communication or graphic design.
• Proven ability to translate complex research into engaging visuals.
• Strong portfolio of infographics, data visuals, and digital content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling communication products translating research and data into accessible formats.
• Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and visuals for publications and reports.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify insights and craft engaging visual stories.
• Transform reports into shorter, visuals-driven outputs for diverse audiences.
• Produce reports, presentations, event materials, and digital assets with QA checks.
• Develop concepts for communicating findings to policymakers, partners, and media.
