Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Business Process Specialist in Davao City to provide governance and support for implementing and improving business process frameworks through data analysis and coordination with Distribution Utilities. You will lead the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

You will oversee the integration of quality, safety, environmental, and asset management standards across operations and act as Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or related field.
• Led at least one major project; experience preferred.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
• Certification on ISO Internal Auditor Training is an advantage.
• Preferably experience in supporting innovation projects and change management.
• Lean and Six Sigma Certification is an advantage but not required.
