Qualifications

Philippine Bar membership required.
At least two years of energy sector experience.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Experience in litigation, corporate, commercial, or regulatory practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple matters.
Comfortable with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and regulatory submissions.
Conduct legal research and develop legal strategies.
Handle litigation and appear before courts, regulatory agencies, and quasi-judicial bodies.
Represent clients during hearings, meetings, and conferences.
Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues affecting the energy industry.
Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications.
Monitor developments in laws, regulations, and jurisprudence relevant to the energy sector.
