Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a CAAS Energy Associate in Cebu, onsite, full-time. You will handle Oil & Gas accounting tasks, revenue, AP/AR, and Joint Interest Billing under guidance of US-based practice experts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of accounting experience, a solid GAAP foundation, and strong Excel skills, with CPA eligibility preferred. Join a globally connected team delivering outsourced accounting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Active CPA license or CPA eligibility is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily receipts, monthly revenue intake sheets, and inter-company reports.
• Record non-operated Oil & Gas transactions and assist Joint Interest Billing (JIB).
• Monitor AP/AR, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close cycles.
• Engage with global client teams to gather information and support external audits.
