You will collaborate with global teams, manage EDR/XDR deployments, and participate in after-hours on-call support. Strong communication and technical writing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong Endpoint Security expertise with enterprise platforms.
• Experience with EDR/XDR across endpoints.
• Experience installing/configuring Windows/Linux/MacOS.
• Experience with Defender for Office 365 and email phishing protections.
• Hands-on with SCCM/Intune/Puppet for security config.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate globally to manage endpoint, email, and cloud security platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint security issues including EDR/XDR.
• Run upgrades, enhancements, and requests for security tooling.
• Maintain email security controls and phishing protection.
• Provide after-hours on-call security support.
