Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
• 1–2 years in information security engineering or MICTS Cadetship.
• Familiar with security solutions: EDR/NDR tools and security basics.
• Basic knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and security concepts.
• Preferred security certifications listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and optimization of EDR/NDR platforms, including system availability and first-level support.
• Maintain service catalogs, track SLA/OLA performance, and assist in changes/projects.
• Handle access requests, incidents, and contribute to IT asset/operations management.
• Participate in process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration for secure operations.
