Cloudstaff is seeking a Security Operations Engineer to join a hybrid team supporting Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS. You will operate the SIEM, tune alerts and drive vulnerability and patch management in collaboration with the SOC Analyst.

The role emphasizes cloud security, endpoint protection and compliance with industry benchmarks, with a focus on professional growth and a supportive work environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a SIEM such as Rapid7 or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Hands-on vulnerability & patch management across cloud and endpoints.
• Knowledge of EDR and application whitelisting operations.
• Practical security work across AWS and Azure with M365 E3/Intune/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Rapid7 SIEM, ingesting logs from cloud sources.
• Tune SIEM alerts and incident workflows with the SOC Analyst.
• Lead vulnerability management across Azure and AWS environments.
• Run patch management via Intune and AWS Systems Manager.
• Manage endpoint protection with EDR and application whitelisting.
