Job summary

Kroll is seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint Administrator to join our Manila-based IT operations team. You will administer MECM/SCCM and Intune environments, enable device enrollment, ensure compliance, and support Windows Autopilot deployments in a global enterprise setting.

You will design co-management solutions, automate tasks with PowerShell, and drive modernization across endpoint management while maintaining strong documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SCCM/MECM administration.
• Experience deploying and managing Intune in large organizations.
• Strong PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer MECM/SCCM and Intune environments.
• Migrate endpoint workloads from SCCM to Intune.
• Design and implement modern endpoint management using MECM/Intune.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance, and security policies.
• Support Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning.
• Develop co-management configurations between SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor endpoint health and performance across devices.
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
