Job summary

EPAM Systems, a global technology services provider, seeks an Endpoint Analyst to diagnose and resolve endpoint connectivity, authentication, and security issues. You will analyze escalated tickets, leverage logs and security tools, and collaborate with IT and security teams to restore service within SLAs.

The role requires strong networking, AD/Windows authentication, TLS/PKI expertise, and clear documentation. Excellent English communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on endpoint support or IT security operations.
• Experience with DHCP/DNS, IP routing, and network security controls.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows authentication.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools and policy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalated service requests and diagnose endpoint issues.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement remediation.
• Document knowledge articles to streamline issue resolution.
• Escalate incidents that exceed time-to-resolve thresholds.
