Schneider Electric is seeking an Associate End to End Flow Controller to optimize supply chain and ensure spare-parts availability for Field Services. You will coordinate replenishment, monitor shortages, and work with global hubs, 3PLs, and suppliers to keep service parts flowing.

You will use Oracle and SAP daily to plan and execute, collaborate with Field Services Planners, and drive proactive risk resolution across Supply and Demand planning.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate spare-parts replenishment and fulfillment.
• Monitor shortages, backorders and inventory availability; follow up on risks.
• Follow up purchase orders and support PO health.
• Collaborate with global hubs and suppliers on supply, shortages and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Transport on freight bookings and spot quote requests.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and suppliers on non-standard/ETO items.
• Resolve EDI issues with 3PL partners and ensure system alignment.
• Use Oracle and SAP for daily planning and execution activities.
• Work with Field Services Planners on spare-parts requirements linked to work orders.
• Support visibility of service requirements and priorities using BFS and bFO.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and other stakeholders.
• Connect with Sales and Field Services to understand priorities and needs.
• Proactively identify supply risks and elevate critical issues when required.
