HUMAN INTELLIGENCE CO., LTD. is seeking an End-to-End Sales Officer for a remote contractor role. You will generate and manage leads, perform full-cycle sales, & close high-ticket deals using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling.

Compensation starts with commissions, plus a fast-start bonus during ramp, and a monthly base after ramp. Independent contractor status; payment in USD; invoicing monthly; no employee benefits.

You are a resilient, full-cycle salesperson who generates leads, runs discovery, negotiates and closes deals. You use AI to accelerate outreach and personalization and are comfortable working across multiple product lines and industries.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses

Month 1–3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%).

Month 4+: Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start).

FAST START BONUS: Month 1–3: total 20% commission; Month 4–6: total 15% commission.

On-target earnings will vary by performance and commission.

Payment & contractor terms

Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
