Job summary

Staffstream is hiring for a Philippines-based payroll/HR administrator to run end-to-end payroll in accordance with Australian awards, primarily SCHADS. You’ll manage employee records, HR inquiries, and onboarding/offboarding within established procedures.

The role requires AU payroll experience, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll work remotely, aligned to Australian business hours, with benefits including health cover and paid leave credits.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll or HR administration, including end-to-end payroll processes.
• Genuine AU payroll compliance experience and willingness to learn SCHADS Award.
• Comfortable using payroll and HR software day to day.
• High PC literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build rapport across levels.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end each pay cycle with manager sign-off.
• Apply correct pay rates, entitlements and superannuation per Australian awards.
• Prepare and lodge superannuation payments accurately and on time.
