Job summary

Rockstar Global Careers is building Rockstar Credentialing, a new end-to-end credentialing service for private practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, launch, and scale the credentialing workflow from the ground up, including intake, verification, enrollment, and ongoing compliance.

You will own operations end-to-end, hire and train credentialing specialists, ensure timely credentialing, and partner with VA operations, sales, and leadership to deliver fast, compliant billing

Qualifications

• 4+ years in provider credentialing or payer enrollment
• Experience with CAQH ProView, PECOS and major payers
• Experience with recredentialing and ongoing compliance monitoring
• Track record of building or improving processes
• Team leadership experience or readiness to grow a team
• Ability to work with ambiguity in a new service line
• Strong attention to detail, avoid missed CAQH fields
• Credentialing experience in PT/OT/SLP is a plus
