Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Configuration Analyst specialized in EMR systems. You will configure and support enterprise EMR/HIS platforms, collaborating with clinical and IT teams to ensure stability and optimized workflows.

Epic experience is preferred, but strong configuration skills in Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, or similar systems are equally valued. You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Hands-on configuration experience in at least one major EMR system.
Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical operations.
Proven end-to-end configuration, troubleshooting, and testing with minimal supervision.
Exposure to EMR interfaces with external systems.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for EMR modules, ensuring accurate configuration and optimization.
Collaborate with clinical, technical, integration, and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Participate in build, testing, and validation activities to ensure integrity and performance.
Document changes and provide mentoring and training to junior analysts.
Drive continuous improvement and solution design discussions.
