Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Branding Specialist to elevate our corporate identity and drive integrated campaigns across healthcare services and technology. You will blend storytelling with analytics to strengthen our brand globally.

You will manage branding, social media content, and multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with HR for employer branding, and report on marketing KPIs to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related.
• 2+ years in marketing, branding, or advertising; healthcare/BPO experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate healthcare services into compelling brand stories.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Omega Healthcare's brand identity across channels.
• Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to boost engagement and talent acquisition.
• Create graphics, videos, and thought-leadership content highlighting healthcare management and technology expertise.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with corporate goals.
• Coordinate corporate events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts.
• Monitor KPIs and report on marketing performance to leadership.
