R1 RCM PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a highly agile Multimedia Designer (Project-based) to support our Employer Brand and Talent Attraction campaigns.

You will handle end-to-end creative execution, including graphic design, motion assets, photo and video production, and post-production for digital channels. The ideal candidate has agency or marketing-driven experience, thrives in fast-paced campaigns, and can leverage AI-powered design tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional multimedia design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Multimedia/Graphic Design or related field.
• Agency or marketing-driven background preferred with campaign experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video, and social-first execution.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize and execute visual assets for employer branding campaigns across social media, career sites, and digital ads.
• Lead or support video/photo shoots for employer brand storytelling; manage editing and motion graphics.
• Deliver platform-optimized formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) with high quality and on time.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams across concurrent campaigns.
• Stay ahead of design trends and apply AI design tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
