Qualifications

• At least College Level.
• With 1 year experience in Debt Collections from a financial institution or relevant experience in Secured/Unsecured Collections.
• Willing to work in a project-based position for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct collections activity on early stage/past due accounts of customers through negotiation by telephone, SMS and email.
• Build relationships with customers whose accounts are past due, helping them resolve their situation to reach a positive conclusion.
• Gaining customers' commitment to making payments and bringing accounts up to date.
• Diligently respond to inquiries on payments, billing and collections.
