Job summary

WSP USA Philippines is seeking a professional to contribute to diverse architecture and sustainability projects, collaborating with Senior Consultants to develop designs and apply environmental standards.

You will analyze information, produce designs and computations, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while supporting client needs and project teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Architecture / Engineering or environmental-related qualification.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply sustainability/engineering principles to standard matters.
• Knowledge of LEED, WELL, and related technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assuming responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.
• Using standard and modified specifications to solve problems.
• Undertaking and interpreting information, producing designs and computations under senior guidance.
• Exhibiting professional behavior at all times.
• Providing information suggestions to clients.
• Preparing reports and documentation under broad supervision.
• Liaising with project managers to develop project briefings and sourcing information.
• Applies technical/functional capabilities to the job.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Assuming responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.

• Using a combination of standard and modified specifications and techniques in addition to those developed in previous assignments for the purposes of solving problems.

• Undertaking and interpreting information, production of designs and computations under the guidance of Senior Consultants.

• At all times exhibit behaviour, consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.

• Providing suggestions of information’s to clients.

• Preparing reports and other documentation under broad supervision.

• Liaising with project managers and other team members to develop project briefings and sourcing information.

• Applies technical/functional capabilities to the job.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering or any other Environmental relevant qualifications.

• Problem solving/analytical skills.

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to independently use basic theoretical knowledge of Sustainability/Engineering principles to analyse, interpret and conclude on standard matters or decisions.

• Knowledge and ability to apply technical standards (LEED, WELL, etc)
