Job summary

iRipple, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and proactive risk management.

The role requires strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies, with emphasis on clear communication and stakeholder engagement. This is an on-site position in Pasig, Philippines, offering growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and delivery execution.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Ability to create and interpret process flowcharts and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and Project Management Tools.
• Experience in project planning
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of contract management and project monitoring/evaluation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery teams to ensure all deliverables meet defined scope, timeline, and budget requirements
• Drive successful project execution “right the first time” while ensuring quality standards are met
• Monitor project progress and identify deviations from plan; communicate and elevate issues to stakeholders when necessary
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and deliverables based on agreed scope
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, including risks, issues, and progress updates
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes
