Job summary

Stratworks in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Junior Producer to support the execution of video, branded, digital, and publishing projects from pre production to post production. You will assist Senior Producers in coordinating production activities, managing schedules and logistics, and communicating with clients and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, media, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with video production processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Producers in managing all stages of video and content production from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, logistics, and operational requirements.
• Support communication with clients and ensure project updates are properly relayed.
• Coordinate with talents, crew, suppliers, and clients before, during, and after production.
• Assist in preparing scripts, shot lists, call sheets, production schedules, permits, and other production documents.
• Organize and maintain production assets, project files, footage, and creative materials.
• Provide on site production support to ensure smooth and efficient shoot execution.
• Help manage production workflows and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in monitoring post production progress including editing, revisions, approvals, and final outputs.
• Support multiple agency and publishing projects while maintaining production quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management, and archiving of production materials.
• Perform other production related tasks assigned by Senior Producers or management.
