Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Production Team Lead in the Philippines. You will oversee production and post-production activities, assigning video submissions to editors and guiding projects from start to finish, ensuring SLA adherence and brand compliance.

Lead creative reviews, provide feedback, and maintain strong client relations while collaborating with a global group of editors. Hybrid work setup in Eastwood, QC; 7am–4pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Production/Post Production industry.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Able to interpret a client's brief and bring it to life via video.
• Capable of working in fast-paced, stressful environments.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee production and post-production activities for client projects.
• Assign video submissions to editors and manage projects end-to-end.
• Ensure brand and quality compliance before delivery.
• Provide creative feedback and support to editors and clients.
• Maintain strong client relations and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage project timelines.
