Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly motivated Global Emerging Markets Analyst to join our team in a role that spans sales, trading support, and client-facing activities. You will assist with trade execution, market analysis, and risk monitoring while coordinating with various infrastructure functions to ensure smooth delivery of products to clients.

You will bridge the Sales team, support KYC processes, prepare market commentary, and contribute to client-facing materials and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Background in banking – Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Analytics.
• Good understanding of complex financial products and full trade lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and present to diverse teams.
• Knowledge in MS Office products.
• Knowledge in VBA, Python or programming languages is a plus.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying responsible use of data and AI outputs.
• Amenable to working full onsite.

Responsibilities

• Trade Execution & Lifecycle: assist in execution and booking of trades; liaise with middle- and back-office teams to resolve issues.
• Client Management: help answer client questions on trade settlement; assist with KYC and onboarding of clients to electronic trading channels.
• Market Analysis & Pricing: assist traders in pricing derivatives, structured products, or cash instruments using internal models and market data.
• Risk & Position Monitoring: monitor intraday and end-of-day positions and P&L attribution.
• Idea Generation: understand client requirements and suggest actionable strategies.
• Client Pitch Materials: help prepare pitch books and client presentations.
• Market Commentary: assist in drafting market wrap-ups and distributing to desks/clients.
