Job summary

PSC PRIMARY SKILLS INC. seeks a qualified ER professional to perform rapid triage, stabilization, and bedside procedures in a high‑acuity environment. You will initiate IV lines, administer emergency meds, assist physicians, and participate in the care of critically injured patients.

Candidates must hold a professional license with at least 2 years of ER experience; DOH/HAAD/NCLEX passers are welcome. This role requires readiness to respond to emergencies and uphold ER standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in emergency medicine or equivalent.
• Candidate must hold a Professional License (board/exam).
• DOH, HAAD, and NCLEX passers are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage: assess incoming patients and assign acuity levels.
• Stabilize patients: start IVs, administer emergency meds, draw blood, manage airways or resuscitation.
• Assist with bedside procedures: wounds, sutures, fractures, and other emergency interventions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain ER care standards.
• Assist with insurance paperwork and patient check-in processes.

Job Description:

• Rapid Triage: Assess incoming patients quickly and assign acuity levels to prioritize life-threatening cases.
• Patient Stabilization: Initiate intravenous (IV) lines, administer emergency medications, draw blood, and manage airways or resuscitations
• Procedures & Care: Clean and dress wounds, apply sutures, splint fractures, and assist doctors during bedside interventions
• Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency
• Quickly assessing patient needs
• Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma
• Performing minor medical operations
• Maintaining emergency room care standards
• Assisting with insurance paperwork
• Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process
• Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios

Qualification:
