Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday experience preferred.
• CCP or equivalent Total Rewards certification preferred.
• English proficiency; additional EMEA languages a plus.
• Travel minimal (<10%), regional.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Total Rewards processes and act as regional SME.
• Support compensation and benefits administration across EMEA markets.
• Assist with annual salary reviews and incentive planning.
• Conduct market pricing analyses to support pay competitiveness.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for Total Rewards decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to implement changes.
• Support regional benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
