Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled R2R Reporting Analyst to support the Record-to-Report function through preparing, analyzing, and delivering financial reports. This role focuses on reporting processes, data analysis, and stakeholder support in a newly established Reporting Team.

You'll work on month-, quarter-, and year-end reporting, drive process improvements, and contribute to automation initiatives while ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Five or more years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in financial reporting and multinational/shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and management reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• Interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements.
• Support reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business reporting requests.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and reporting standardization within the team.
