Acting as the central orchestrator, you will bring together cross-functional teams and drive projects from planning through execution, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with global governance standards.### **Key Responsibilities*** Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for new countries, entities, and operational transitions across EMEA* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Delivery* Act as the primary liaison between country leadership and regional/global functional teams* Ensure full operational readiness across people, processes, systems, and governance before go-live* Drive risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding lifecycle* Partner with process and systems teams to enable configurations, testing, and adoption readiness* Champion continuous improvement and standardization of onboarding methodologies across the region## ## **What You Bring**We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven program leader who thrives in complexity and brings structure, clarity, and influence to diverse stakeholders.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field* Extensive experience in program or project management within multinational environments* Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and governance frameworks (ideally HPE or similar)* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation or onboarding initiatives* Advanced project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills* Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities* Fluent in English (written and spoken)**Nice to have:*** Experience in global technology or IT services environments* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)* Familiarity with ERP, CRM, supply chain, and service delivery systems* Knowledge of EMEA regional operations and regulatory environments## ## ## **Why Join Ingram Micro?**At Ingram Micro, you’ll find more than a role—you’ll find a career with purpose and progression.
