Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years managing mission-critical projects
• 5+ years in off-site construction or modularization for data centres
• Proven experience influencing contractors and scaling new construction methodologies
• Experience with RFPs, change management, quality control, and portfolio reporting
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Mechanism Ownership across EMEA off-site assembly portfolio
• Own EMEA contribution to global off-site assembly, tracking labour hours shifted off-site
• Develop repeatable frameworks for evaluating modular solutions
• Establish governance, reporting, metrics for adoption, cost, schedule, safety, quality
• Build scalable mechanisms to embed constructability into project lifecycles
• Cross-Functional Leadership with Preconstruction, Procurement, Design, Operations
• Represent EMEA within global Off-Site Assembly team
• Influence General Contractors and vendors across markets to adopt modular solutions
• Enable regional Construction Managers through knowledge transfer and guidance
• Define technical standards for prefabricated systems
• Build vendor ecosystem across Europe
• Develop business cases quantifying labour reduction and cost impact
• Drive competition to improve cost, quality, delivery timelines
• Shift high-risk activities to factory environments
• Identify and mitigate modular risks (logistics, transport, sequencing)
• Lead pilot implementations and scale solutions
• Create playbooks and training for adoption
