Job summary

Biitech Solutions in Taguig is seeking an Email Security Operations Manager to lead a 24x7 team handling email operations, spam and abuse mitigation, phishing investigations, and Trust and Safety workflows. The role requires rotational shifts in Taguig with onsite/hybrid work options.

You will drive incident response, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, building dashboards in Splunk and coordinating with stakeholders to strengthen email infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Email Operations, Email Security, Trust and Safety, or SOC environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Splunk experience.
• Strong knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email infrastructure.
• Experience managing teams in a 24x7 BPO or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are achieved.
• Monitor and mitigate spam, phishing, spoofing, and abuse activities.
• Conduct RCA and incident reviews.
• Build dashboards and reports using Splunk.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
