Chronos Agency is seeking an Email Marketing/ Activations Specialist to execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. This hands-on role collaborates with Strategists, Designers and Copywriters to drive client outcomes and learn from campaign performance.

The role offers full-time remote work, exposure to metrics, and opportunities to grow responsibilities over time as you contribute to ongoing campaigns and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
• Comfortable with basic campaign metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, execution and performance monitoring of campaigns across channels (email, SMS, etc.).
• Identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and suggest actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to spot patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
• Suggest process improvements and take ownership of campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients when needed.
• Manage multiple campaigns and tasks while ensuring deadlines and quality standards.

• Experience in email, SMS, or digital campaigns is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
