We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency in Noida.

Job Overview

Role: Email Marketing Executive Experience: 1 to 3 years Location: Noida (In-office) Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Salary (In-hand): 20,000 to 25,000 per month CTC (Gross): 2.4 LPA to 3.2 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
• Content & Copywriting: Write highly engaging, persuasive, and click-worthy email copy and subject lines.
• Audience Segmentation: Manage and segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure targeted messaging.
• A/B Testing: Regularly test subject lines, layouts, CTA buttons, and send times to optimize open rates and click-through rates (CTR).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (Deliverability, Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate).
• Tool Expertise: Work with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue/Brevo, ActiveCampaign).
• Deliverability Optimization: Monitor sender reputation, reduce bounce rates, and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements & Qualifications

• 13 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Executive or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong hands-on experience with popular Email Marketing Automation Tools.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
