Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or database management.
• Experience with relational databases, BI tools, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Database Management: Overseeing subscriber databases, maintaining list hygiene, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Build and maintain reporting that benchmarks and measures opt out rates, invalid and inactive email address trends, monitor sender score metrics, and manage merge record processes.
• Audience Segmentation: Querying and building target lists based on customer behavior, demographics, or purchase history so the right audience receives the right email.
• Personas Research: Work with marketing and product management to maintain current personas for targeted audience engagement. Develop the list of criteria across systems that can be leveraged to build robust personas that reflect the go to market strategy
• Performance Analytics: Tracking metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to measure the success of email strategies.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Analyzing which email elements perform best and using those insights to continuously optimize future messaging and deliverability.
