Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with focus on database management, analytics, and email marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; strong data skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards (GA, Tableau, Excel/Power BI).
• Knowledge of data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the marketing database, ensuring accuracy, completeness and hygiene.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and publish regular performance reports.
• Plan and execute email campaigns with segmentation and analytics insights.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing automation admins to ensure data flow and integration.
• Monitor deliverability, test strategies, and optimize email performance.
