Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Technical Support Engineer to manage the technical lifecycle, troubleshooting, and documentation for Auxiliary/ELV projects. You will install and commission Structured Cabling, CCTV, Door Access, PA and AV systems on site, and prepare As-Built drawings and submittals.

You will produce user manuals and SOPs, document site modifications, and train clients after project completion. A Bachelors in ECE/EE/IT and 1–3 years ELV experience in Metro Manila are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in deploying, troubleshooting, or designing auxiliary/ELV hardware networks.
• Strong foundation in Cat6/Cat6A LAN, fiber optics, and testing.
• Experience with IP cameras, NVR/VMS, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with biometric readers, door controllers, and multi-tenant management software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Excel for BOMs and data charts.
• Solid documentation discipline and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft As-Built drawings, BOMs, and submittals using AutoCAD and drafting tools.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and end-to-end system validation.
• Prepare user manuals and SOPs for non-technical clients.
• Document site modifications and equipment changes during installation.
• Train clients on system operation and conduct site orientations.
• Perform periodic site visits to audit hardware placement against blueprints.
