Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to serve high-net-worth clients across BGC/Ortigas/Makati/Alabang. The role is client-facing and focuses on understanding financial needs and delivering wealth management solutions while maintaining high service standards.

You will acquire, cross-sell and retain a portfolio, work with branch and direct teams, review portfolios, and ensure compliance with TOM. Strong knowledge of wealth products, licenses, and regulatory requirements is expected.

• Proven track record in financial services or retail sales.
• Strong sales results in wealth-related products.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
• Licensing and regulatory compliance for wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Premier clients with focus on retention and growth.
• Acquire new HSBC clients and upgrade existing relationships.
• Cross-sell wealth products and refer to wealth advisers as needed.
• Collaborate with branch and direct teams to meet WPB KPIs.
• Maintain high service quality and adhere to controls.
