Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, online platforms, messaging apps, and email.
• Assist walk-in clients and provide a premium luxury customer experience.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, buying, selling, and consignment processes.
• Identify and leverage upsell/cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to drive conversions.
• Maintain showroom and merchandise displays to luxury standards.
• Support showroom operations and administrative tasks.
