Job summary

A staffing agency in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Machinery and Equipment Installer for elevators and escalators. Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Japan and hold JLPT certification (N3/N4). Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing vertical transportation equipment. A valid Japanese gas welding license and a Philippine Driver’s License are necessary. This position involves shifts and requires Filipino citizens only.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related work experience in Japan.
• JLPT N3/N4 passer only.
• Must have a VALID Japanese license for Gas welding.
• Must be an ex‑trainee in Japan with LEVEL 3 passed certificate or evaluation certificate.
• Valid Philippine Driver’s License or International Driver's License with 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid Philippine Driver’s License or International Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Install new elevators and escalators, including electrical work.
• Maintain and repair elevators, escalators, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Respond to emergency calls and make repairs promptly.
• Update and maintain records of maintenance performed.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations.

We are Hiring: MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLER (ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR) - SSW (FILIPINOS ONLY) (For manpower pooling)

Location: Fukuoka City, Japan

Salary: Will be discussed during client interview

Work Schedule: Day and Night Shifts

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS (Non-negotiable)

• Must have at least 3 years of related work experience in Japan
• JLPT N3/N4 passer only
• Must have a VALID Japanese license for Gas welding
• Must be an ex‑trainee in Japan with LEVEL 3 passed certificate or must hold an evaluation certificate
• FILIPINO Citizens ONLY
• Must have a valid Philippine Driver’s License or International Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience

Responsibilities

• Install new elevators and escalators, including electrical work, wiring, and programming of control systems
• Maintain and repair elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and other vertical transportation equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, such as oiling and cleaning mechanical parts, and inspecting safety devices
• Respond to emergency calls and make repairs quickly and efficiently
• Update and maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed
• Conduct safety audits and ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations
• Stay current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations
