The role emphasizes skill evaluation after trainings, Kaizen-driven improvements, and ensuring quality in installation processes. The successful candidate will attend meetings, support superior directives, and contribute to continuous on-site development and cost-efficiency

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed by the PRC.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Able to relate effectively to all types of people and other trades.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Conducts orientation and trainings for Installation personnel for elevator/escalator.
• Guides workers to enhance skills and advises the installation jobsite on how to resolve difficulties.
• Evaluates manpower skills after trainings and suggests development or retraining.
• Visits sites and coordinates with other sections to Kaizen for development of installation process.
• Assists with jobsite inspection prior to mobilization and during installation as required.
• Suggests improvements for installation processes and cost-saving opportunities.
• Attends departmental and jobsite meetings as needed.
• Adheres to quality policy and installation department objectives.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
