Qualifications

• TESDA NC II (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) or valid electrician license required.
• Experience as field or industrial electrician.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.
• Physically fit for on-site, elevated, and confined-space tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment at various sites.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on electrical systems.
• Support setup, testing, and commissioning of new installations.
• Diagnose issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.

Job Summary

Electricians' role is central to keeping electrical systems safe, functional, and up to code across operations; Comfortable working independently on-site, has a strong foundation in electrical installation and maintenance, and takes pride in doing quality, safety-conscious work.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment across assigned work sites

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications

Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on electrical systems and equipment

Assist in the setup, testing, and commissioning of new electrical installations as needed

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, performing timely repairs to minimize downtime

Coordinate with supervisors and other field technicians to prioritize and complete daily tasks

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code and relevant safety regulations

Practice and promote proper safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or hazards observed

Site Coordination & Travel

Travel to different project or work sites as required, following company travel protocols

Qualifications

• TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or a valid professional electrician's license
• Proven experience working as a field or industrial electrician
• Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as project needs require
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
