Job summary

Our Clients in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, is seeking an on-site Electrician for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and safety-compliant electrical work across multiple sites.

You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and travel to project sites while following Philippine Electrical Code and PPE requirements. Physically fit with good communication and problem-solving skills is essential.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or a valid professional electrician's license.
• Experience as a field or industrial electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Electricians' role is central to keeping electrical systems safe, functional, and up to code across operations; Comfortable working independently on-site, has a strong foundation in electrical installation and maintenance, and takes pride in doing quality, safety-conscious work.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment across assigned work sites

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications

Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on electrical systems and equipment

Assist in the setup, testing, and commissioning of new electrical installations as needed

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, performing timely repairs to minimize downtime

Coordinate with supervisors and other field technicians to prioritize and complete daily tasks

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code and relevant safety regulations

Practice and promote proper safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or hazards observed

Site Coordination & Travel

Travel to different project or work sites as required, following company travel protocols
