Job summary

Instrumentation and Control Specialists, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled electrical installer for industrial environments in the Philippines. You will perform wiring, termination, panel assembly, and instrumentation work, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to schematics.

The role requires NCII certification and strong knowledge of motors, control systems, PLCs, and drives. You will work in safe, code-compliant conditions with a focus on preventive maintenance and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Must possess an NCII Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial motors, control systems, PLCs and electrical drives.

Responsibilities

• Electrical wiring and termination: check, terminate, and label according to schematics.
• Cable management: install, pull, lay, and secure cables per codes and site standards.
• Conduit installation: measure, bend, thread, cut, and install conduits (EMT, IMC, PVC).
• Panel assembly: build and install control panels, distribution boards, MCCs.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance: diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors and drives.
• Installation and commissioning: assist installation, testing, and commissioning of systems and equipment.
• Blueprint and schematic interpretation: read electrical drawings and one-line diagrams.
• Preventive maintenance: perform regular inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Instrumentation work: install and calibrate sensors, relays, switches, and control devices.
• Adherence to codes: ensure work complies with NEC, IEC and safety standards.
