Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across the hotel. The role ensures safe, compliant operation of all electrical facilities and contributes to renovations and upgrades where needed.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect wiring and lighting, diagnose faults, and respond promptly to emergencies, while adhering to safety procedures and hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Vocational/technical training in electrical technologies.
• TESDA NC II/NC III certification is an advantage.
• Experience as Electrician in hotels or similar.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong safety awareness.

About the role

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures throughout the hotel or property. The position ensures that all electrical facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations.

• Inspect electrical wiring, circuits, panels, switches, outlets, lighting, and other components.

• Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

• Maintain and repair lighting systems, including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and outdoor areas.

• Assist with electrical work for hotel renovations, construction, and facility improvements.

• Monitor electrical panels, breakers, generators, and related equipment.

• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards.

• Ensure electrical systems are properly grounded and safely maintained.

About you

• Vocational/Technical course in Electrical Technology, Electrical Installation, or a related field.

• Valid TESDA Electrical NC II/NC III certification is an advantage.

• Registered Master Electrician or Electrical Engineer is an advantage.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in a hotel, resort, commercial building, or industrial facility.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, lighting, and electrical equipment.

• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

• Strong awareness of workplace and electrical safety procedures.

• Physically fit and capable of working in different areas and heights when required.
