Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in a food or industrial setting.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical or Electro-Mechanics.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and work collaboratively.
• Willing to work OT when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor response to operational issues in Electrical discipline with maintenance and production teams.
• Assist root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Possible lead for lubrication management system of equipment in production.
• Support improvement projects to improve yield, reduce costs and optimize cycle times.
• Update productivity records and ensure proper SOP adherence and documentation.
• Support safety, environmental and audit compliance objectives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Automation, Technology, Quality and Planning teams.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of the Common Utilities Building (steam, compressed air, ammonia, nitrogen).
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Use inventory parts efficiently to minimize downtime of DLP manufacturing operations.
