Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Supervisor to supervise field activities under the Construction Manager. You will plan, organize, and direct the unit's operations, ensuring safe, efficient progress on electrical projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling equipment and manpower, supporting installation and troubleshooting, monitoring budgets and progress, coordinating with related groups, and enforcing company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 2+ years of experience as Electrical Supervisor/Engineer preferably in substations or transmission projects.
• Strong planning, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least two (2) years work experience as Electrical Supervisor/Engineer (Preferably in subtation or transmission line projects)
• Good strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in project sites.
