HAPPYBEE PACKAGING INC. seeks an Electrical Supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities across projects. The role ensures safety, compliance with codes, and timely delivery while guiding a skilled team.
You will review drawings, lead electricians, mentor apprentices, maintain records, and report on manpower, productivity, and project status with emphasis on safety and quality.
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities. The role ensures that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, and project specifications.
Supervise electricians and technicians performing installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, tools, and materials.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and work schedules before execution.
Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Conduct routine inspections to verify quality and workmanship.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within schedule and budget.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other disciplines.
Maintain records of work completed, inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical equipment and tools.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work requirements.
Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices.
Prepare reports on manpower, productivity, materials, and project status.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Valid electrical license or certification (as required by local regulations).
5–8 years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in industrial, commercial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
