Job summary

SUPIMA HOLDINGS, INC. in Meycauayan City, Bulacan is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on large engineering projects. This full-time role leads on-site teams, plans installation, and ensures safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with project managers and clients, conduct site inspections, manage schedules and resources, and mentor junior staff while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Recognized electrical qualification or certification (eg Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services or equivalent).
• 5+ years supervisory or leadership experience in electrical engineering or construction.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance and safety standards, including local codes.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, wiring and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Demonstrable project management experience to plan, coordinate and deliver to schedule and budget.
• Commitment to health and safety best practice with knowledge of current legislation.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and specifications.
• Experience in industrial, commercial or residential electrical projects is advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating electrical teams on site, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and to specification

What we're looking for

• A recognized electrical qualification or certification (such as a Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services or equivalent)
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience within the electrical engineering or construction sector, preferably gained over 5+ years
• In-depth knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance and safety standards, including local electrical codes and regulations
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, wiring, circuit design and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Demonstrable project management experience with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver projects to schedule and budget
• A commitment to health and safety best practice, with knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics and specifications

• Experience in industrial, commercial or residential electrical projects is advantageous
