Job summary

Responsibilities

• Estimate electrical and fire alarm quantities and costs using estimating software.
• Coordinate procurement: solicit, review, and compare subcontractor/vendor pricing.
• Assist design coordination with minor plan revisions and RFIs.
• Support project tracking with milestones, schedules, and performance.
• Monitor job costs, prepare weekly cost/status reports, assist with milestone billing and closeout docs.
• Maintain clear quotes and revision documentation with vendors.

• Estimating & Take-Offs perform accurate material/labor take-offs and build electrical and fire alarm estimates using estimating software
• Procurement: Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Design Coordination assist with minor plan revisions, RFIs, and fire alarm/electrical scope clarifications
• Project Support partner with the Senior PM to track project milestones, schedules, and active job performance
• Financial Tracking monitor job costs, prepare weekly status/cost reports, and assist with milestone billing and closeout documents.
• Record Keeping maintain clear documentation for quotes, estimates, revisions, and vendor communications
