Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a project-based Site Engineer to supervise daily site operations in Metro Manila. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering, plus at least 1 year in project implementation and knowledge of CCTV and Access Control Systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project implementation.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Has good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• With commission incentives and load allowance.
• This is a project-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
• Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications.
• Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR).
• Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
