Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation in the Philippines seeks a licensed Electrical Engineer to supervise electrical construction activities, oversee daily field operations, and ensure alignment with plans and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 3 years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of electrical plans and safety regulations; PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
• With 3 years supervisory experience in electrical construction/installation.
• Knowledge of electrical plans, systems, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement works (i.e. electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.) assignment.
• Prepares and supervises daily activities of the team.
• Supervises / performs electrical or mechanical or civil works as the case may be.
• Prepares shop drawings, materials and equipment take-off.
• Requests materials / equipment needed in order to execute work based on plans.
• Prepares daily manpower and progress report.
• Coordinates with other trade and check layout and work execution and sequence of work done.
• Checks / conducts testing and commissioning.
• Ensures compliance of workers to quality, environmental, safety and health rules and regulations.
• Performs other related work as required.
