Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation is seeking a Maintenance and Calibration professional to troubleshoot and address downtime, perform calibrated maintenance and monitor plant efficiency. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards.

Candidates should hold a BS Electrical Engineering, have at least 1 year in a related field, and be a Licensed Electrical Engineer. On-site work with the Pilmico facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 year working experience in a related industry
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting and implements corrective action to immediately address emergency downtime, production delays and/or quality issues during the shift.
• Implements maintenance works ensuring methods and materials comply with sound engineering and applicable standards.
• Provides inputs and recommends action plans for repairs and maintenance works.
• Investigates root causes and implements cost-effective corrective action plans.
• Performs calibration of plant control and measuring equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.
